"The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."

"This hotel is inside the Siena ZTL zone. We end up spending hours to deal with the rules, and probably will end with fines and insane parking cost. If you are driving, plan your trip ahead of time. The hours of reception and parking service is limited. For the € they charge, I would expect higher service standards. Bathroom is a little cramped, other aspects are good."
