"We were welcomed online and everything went very smoothly. The cottage is located in a very quiet area of a coastal village with rich history. EVERYTHING you need is there, but not always in a form that you might be expecting--NO COMPLAINTS at all, as the accommodations are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged in a (much) older home that is beautifully cared for. We would like to come back to Darien and area, in fact, and would stay here."

"Excellent host, very accommodating and quick to respond. Very clean house with plenty of space, ample parking access to dock and navigable water to Sapelo sound. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic for a peaceful getaway. Kitchen is nice and well supplied with items for food prep even though we mostly ate at local restaurants. Basically it checks all of our boxes and we plan to return."

"Ideal for a couple with a child or two children. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house and have their own bathrooms. Scenic area. Nice locals. Host was punctual and quick to respond to questions. House is clean and comfortable. There's an outdoor sitting area that's nice. The neighbors are very close in proximity, but nice people and we didn't actually see most of them. We enjoyed hunters cafe for burgers and a drink and it's close to this VRBO. (Hunters cafe also serves steamed local oysters). "

"The hot was perfect! Kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you want! The bathrooms were nice the only this is the showers are small! The bed was the comfortable. Outside around the firepit was perfect! "

"Simply amazing! Amazing property, amazing hosts, amazing attention to details! Probably one of the most well appointed and well stocked vacation homes I’ve had the pleasure of renting. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the place! We fished, sunned, swam, grilled, and soaked up the low country life and hope to come back again. Close enough to both Savannah and SSI for day trips. This is a VRBO gem!"
