PACIFIC TERRACES 16 - ECO-FRIENDLY TOWNHOUSE

Beautifully presented eco townhouse in the heart of Crescent Head architecturally designed to maximise indoor / outdoor living and flow through breezes. Only a short and level stroll from the beach, shops, restaurants, golf course, bowls and more. Timber under cover deck which flows from the kitchen to enjoy alfresco dining and outside living complete with barbecue.

Fully self contained kitchen complete with dishwasher to make holiday entertaining a breeze.

TV to the master bedroom and TV + DVD player to the lounge room. Full bathroom with full size bath tub and hand held shower rose. Travel lightly as your own washing machine is provided.

Adjoining carport so leave the car at home and walk everywhere.

Please note the tri-level layout configuration which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or toddlers as follows:

1st level - kitchen, dining, outdoor living, laundry. 2nd level - lounge room and sleep-out with single day bed, bathroom. 3rd level - main bedroom.

Bedding: Queen bed in the main bedroom, single bed in the lounge and sleep out area - sleeps 3.

Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.
