The tour guide was great with my four year-old and including him by talking in English and letting him help feed as well. There are lots of great animals around and photo ops"
"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"
"Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake!
