"Check-in was slow as usual. There's a fast-lane for those of us who had checked in online, but it was getting used as a general lane. The person checking us in needed to know who we'd booked with (why? It was all paid, and I'd already checked in online). Next he asked my name, but then said 'No, no, no.' I was sure I was right, but he was sure I was wrong. But then he found me on his computer screen and it turned out that I did know my name. Staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful, especially the dining area staff. Top marks. Queues at busy times (buffet style) but the food was fine, though not spectacular. For the cost of the meals, one could have a lovely table service meal in a restaurant but if all-you-can-eat appeals, it's not bad. There's plenty of car parking spaces, but lots of white vans parked - and long-wheel base vans take up at least two spaces, and sometimes more if they are wide. Dedicated parking spaces for vans would be useful. At night, it can be hard to find a nearby parking spot but the coach car park always has spaces. Overall, cheap and very good value for money and I do recommend this venue without hesitation."

"The resort is quite old and in some spots pretty rundown. The cleaning team does a great job with what they have. when it comes to the support staff We found a range between some who were kind and helpful and others who seemed as if they were a bit hungover and couldn't be bothered"

"Excellent location, clean. The property manager was wonderful. She showed by 11:45pm at night to help us get internet the front door code wasn’t working for us and checked in on us the next day."

"The room was very clean when we got there (although one chair was very wobbly - so we avoided sitting on it). The amenities were very nice - including coffee, tea, water and even Caramel Wafers (nice touch). Check out was seamless, location is great, so much available to do."

"i have been holidaying in Aviemore for over 30 years this apartment was very clean and had everything required for a relaxing holiday my only point would be that the weather was fantastic and a couple of deckchairs would have been amazing to have at our disposal to sit outside and enjoy the weather"

"As with previous stay accommodation and location perfect. Only one wee issue we both felt the mattress was a bit hard (i know it’s same mattress as last time but just felt it a bit more this time). Neighbours do NOT respect the parking space allocated to the property and we had to park further away on arrival. My wife commented to the person in our space who had also just arrived next door and he said he didn’t care about parking spaces and never moved for his complete stay (4 days). We won’t hesitate to return however as this is ideal for our needs. Thank you"
