"Check-in was slow as usual. There's a fast-lane for those of us who had checked in online, but it was getting used as a general lane. The person checking us in needed to know who we'd booked with (why? It was all paid, and I'd already checked in online). Next he asked my name, but then said 'No, no, no.' I was sure I was right, but he was sure I was wrong. But then he found me on his computer screen and it turned out that I did know my name. Staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful, especially the dining area staff. Top marks. Queues at busy times (buffet style) but the food was fine, though not spectacular. For the cost of the meals, one could have a lovely table service meal in a restaurant but if all-you-can-eat appeals, it's not bad. There's plenty of car parking spaces, but lots of white vans parked - and long-wheel base vans take up at least two spaces, and sometimes more if they are wide. Dedicated parking spaces for vans would be useful. At night, it can be hard to find a nearby parking spot but the coach car park always has spaces. Overall, cheap and very good value for money and I do recommend this venue without hesitation."

"The resort is quite old and in some spots pretty rundown. The cleaning team does a great job with what they have. when it comes to the support staff We found a range between some who were kind and helpful and others who seemed as if they were a bit hungover and couldn't be bothered"

"Die Wohnung liegt Zentral in den Highlands. Von dort lassen sich hervorragende Tagesausflüge starten. Ein CoOp liegt direkt neben an am Parkplatz. In Aviemore gibt es einen Aldi, Tesco und andere Lebensmittel Läden. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und bietet viel Platz.Die Küchenutensilien dürften mal ausgetauscht werden und ein/zwei größere Töpfe wären gut, um größere Portionen kochen zu können. Viele kleine Töpfe geht, aber anders ist schöner.Die Badezimmer sind Top.Der Rest ist "ein wenig verlebt".Entweder habe ich den Waschtrockner nicht richtig verstanden oder das muss so. Jedenfalls sind die Sachen nicht trocken nach dem Trocken.Im großen und ganzen eine gute Wohnung wenn nur zum Schlafen und Essen da ist."

"The room was very clean when we got there (although one chair was very wobbly - so we avoided sitting on it). The amenities were very nice - including coffee, tea, water and even Caramel Wafers (nice touch). Check out was seamless, location is great, so much available to do."
