"Property staff is extremely kind and helpful. Excellent service. The entertainment / shows was entertaining, fun and put together well. The buffet was average and not very impressive at all. We did not do the restaurants do to timing. Grounds is well kept and clean. Location is good easy to walk to shops. "The rooms are very outdated. It is a shame to put guests in rooms with moldy mattresses, the bathroom door literally peeling off, with dirty/moldy corners. The hotel needs renovation. The food and drinks were excellent. Housekeeping would clean rooms every day. The beach has rocks in the water-a lot, can’t walk in there. Staff, servers and bartenders, are outstanding. This hotel is part of the gated community, so it’s pretty around it."

"I don’t really know how to review this place. For an all inclusive the food was above average. The property was calm and had a lot of wildlife which was nice. The workers and employees were well above average for an all inclusive. The value for the price was excellent. The bus to the beach was okay. The beach was nice, the ocean not able to swim in. Drinks were strong and decent liquor selection. You got a free pass to the Riu party. The nightly entertainment was above average. "
