"This studio apartment was perfect for us. We were surrounded by lush, vibrant flora with three different trails to explore, but the true highlight was the spectacular view of the volcano. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace taking in the peaceful surroundings. It was easily one of our favorite parts of the trip, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure!"

"Perfect for our family of 5 w 3 teens to crash for 4 days while we explored Fortuna. It’s about 30 min away from the main resort area but totally great if you have a car. Hard to find in the dark when we arrived. When you think you have hit the end of civilization, keep going, and then go some more. Ha. It was part of the adventure. It sits right below a great restaurant we weee grateful was there every night after long days of excursions. Also recommend Desafio outfitters, they planned our whole week. The sun is up from 5:30-5:30 when we were here in late March. Adventures start at 6:30 or 7:00. "

"We really loved the restaurant food options for dinner and the included breakfast was also very good. We loved the wait staff (and the receptionist!). Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. They have seating outside overlooking the beautiful view and have a few swings there, as well, that our teenage girls used non-stop while we were there. Really beautiful quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the more tourist filled La fortuna close by. We borrowed a TV and watched a movie together a couple of nights and enjoyed the hot tub and pool, as well! We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Breakfast was ok the fruits were fresh but the gallo pinto to dry. The rooms are big but outdated. No air conditioning. The surrounds are beautiful. If you don’t need air conditioned you will be fine. The bed is not comfortable neither the pillows. "

"We absolutely loved being immersed in the jungle, surrounded by nature! Nita and Marty have truly built a little paradise here. Incredibly responsive to communication and very helpful. Breakfasts were easily customizable and tasty. Room was clean and hosts made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend their B&B. The road to the property is a bit challenging, so I would suggest driving to it at least the first time in the daylight."
