"The hotel is new and modern. So clean and pretty. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hallways are well lit and beautiful. The front desk was sweet and helpful and there is always someone there trying to make a personal connection. The location is a couple of blocks away from Napoli céntrale and a block away from pizzeria Michele. Great location to get around. Breakfast has great fruit options and they have a coffee machine which produced tasty coffee."

"We selected Terminus for its convenient and central location and 24 hour front desk service/ check-in. We had a late flight arrival making this location ideal for quick bus trip from airport. Complimentary bottle of wine and expansive continental breakfast were fantastic. Room locks were in process of being swapped out so we did have trouble with room access. This issue is likely resolved but wanted to note as possible frustration for future travelers."

"Gisela was fantastic to contact me a few days before to make sure I knew how to get into the building, arrange a good time etc. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The location is central. Easy 20-30 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go. Gisela pre arranged taxis to the train station and airport and they were on time and inexpensive "
