Welcome to Happy Tails, your pet-friendly haven nestled in the serene suburb of Corlette. This lovely holiday home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, providing ample living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also offers two convenient car parking spaces and eagerly welcomes your furry friend.
Ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season, Happy Tails is equipped with both heating and reverse-cycle air conditioning. Experience the freedom of culinary expression in the fully equipped kitchen, armed with all essential appliances, including a coffee machine for all coffee aficionados. A laundry room equipped with both a washer and dryer ensure that your stay is as convenient as possible.
The lounge room is well-appointed with a television, Wii and Xbox gaming console, to offer ample entertainment options. And, of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the home to keep you connected to the outside world.
The property features a spacious garden where children can play in full view, and the enclosed yard ensures peace of mind for pet owners. The fences are not high, so the yard is not suitable for dogs that like to jump
Located in the back section of the house is the spacious private main bedroom which has a ceiling fan, TV, DVD, walk through robe and ensuite. There are two bedrooms in the front section of the house, both having ceiling fans and the main bathroom has no bath but there is a separate toilet.
There is only one step leading into the main bedroom which makes it perfect for the older or younger holiday maker. This house is in a residential street of Corlette and is only a flat 400m stroll to the water’s edge, this property certainly ticks all the boxes.

Pets not just tolerated but actively welcomed. Fresh and clean, very comfortable- and walking distance to the off-leash dog beach at Bagnalls. Highly recommended. 🐾
House was EXCELLENT!!! very well maintained and stocked with everything you could think of or need. Dog friendly absolutely. So spacious and inviting. Location amazing. Only downside was phone reception. Definitely needs wifi. I cannot wait to book my next visit. Would love to live there permanently!!!!! 100% and 10 of our 10. Perfect for Pets
Great location near Bagnall's pet friendly beach. Home was very well equipped, we didn't want for anything. Would definitely recommend but not if your doggie can jump higher than a metre. We would return if the opportunity arose. Thanks hosts for a job well done.

DOGGY PARADISE
We cannot rate Happy Tails highly enough the owners are clearly dog people. We found it very clean, extremely well-equipped and handy to all the things that Nelson Bay has to offer. Wally, our 13yo Border Collie, was like a puppy again playing in the water on nearby off-leash Bagnall's Beach. Without doubt, its the most dog-friendly holiday accommodation that we have come across. We will definitely be back.

Just Brilliant
Of all the dog friendly places we have visited this is just the best in every respect. Location, comfort, accommodation, dogs facilities, it has it all.
So close to a myriad of walks, dog friendly reserve and beach, local take aways/restaurant and 10 mins drive to good shopping centre.
Superlatives are not enough we couldn't have been more impressed by everything. We will certainly be back!

Pet adoring holiday accommodation
Happy Tails was more than we expected, a large fenced garden where our border collie was safe and only 5 minutes to the dog beach.
Unlike other dog friendly accommodation where it seems they provide cheap and old mismatched furniture, this house has beautiful matching furniture in every room and the owners provided everything that made us and our dog very happy and comfortable. We will be back and will also recommend Happy Tails to all our friends with or without dogs.

Doggie Heaven
We loved Happy tails and so did the dogs. Two Cavaliers Thirteen and Three years old. The house was set up for dogs including an outside shower to hose them off when back from Bagnells Dog Beach only 50 metres away. Little Rudy learnt to swim by following his big cousin into the water. They had so much fun and were exhausted. Having them sleep inside on their mats was a great bonus and in the rain the yard was set up so they could toilet without getting drenched. We also took our elderly disabled aunt and the house being flat was great. Cant wait to go again.

Happy Tails is exactly how it is. The house is lovely clean and well presented. The Location is quiet and a short stroll to the pet friendly beach. We had a short but fun stay with our two fur babies. Hope to be able to return soon for a longer stay.

Exquisitely relaxing house
Our stay was only short but we all enjoyed it including the fur babies. The house and location are lovely, very well set out for humans and doggys. The Dog friendly beach is only a short walk and all other conveniences are only a short trip away. The area has lots of dog friendly cafes too. Lots of activities in the area for all of us. We will be back again hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Truly Pet Friendly!
Most other properties should be reclassified as "pet tolerant" as Happy Tails has set the new standard for "pet friendly"!!! We've stayed at many places around the Bay and this is - by far - our favorite! Great location: only a short stroll to Bagnall's on a quiet street. Great yard: plenty of space, thick green grass, shade at all times of the day and no fancy plants to worry about the dogs peeing on. Great house: clever layout with separate master + en-suite, plenty of tiled area for the dogs to join the family, and a whole basket of dog towels and toys. I hope that all guests will treat this property with a care and respect that reflect the owners' thoughtfulness and effort in establishing truly pet friendly holiday accommodation. We look forward to many more visits!

Highly Recommended for families!
We had the most amazing time at Happy Tails with our young son and two dogs. The house was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean and tidy. It was modern and comfortable, i can not fault this property. We will be back for certain! Thank you
