The food was great and the staff were excellent. Really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

UNA was a great hotel but not on the beach as indicated by the photos. The pool and indoor pool spa areas were fabulous and as the weather was not the best it was a much better option.

A nice, quiet hotel in pretty setting. Helpful staff. Lovely views. Ideal for those who want a peaceful few days with no activities.

Room was very comfortable but starting to need a refresh. The bathroom was larg, but the shower was over a very deep bath, which made access and exiting a little difficult, as we are both in our late 70's. Location was excellent, a 1 minute walk from the bus station near the Porta Sant Anna at the western side of Lucca. Staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel on my own and just loved it. The staff were very friendly and the extras included which I was not aware of were just great. Access after a wonderful breakfast continental and hot buffet ticked all the boxes. The access to the reception guest area during the day for a cold or hot drink was ideal if you wanted to call back to hotel and not go to your room. Evening there is prosecco and snacks which I didn't use however it is a great window to meet other travellers and...

Wonderful villa in beautiful Lucca. Lovely staff, great breakfast and good location a very short walk from the walled city.

Beautiful hotel with modern comforts. Great location and super staff. Loved staying here!

It was a very busy weekend in Lucca and we booked this last minute. It is located just outside the old city however the hosts provide you with a free bicycle which allows you easy access and the opportunity to explore the city and its surrounds

It feels like Valentina has thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay in Lucca. Valentina’s communication, kindness and knowledge of the area were amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the communal kitchen includes a water dispenser offering still and sparkling, free coffee and snacks as well as an incredible view over the amphitheater of Lucca. Just a few steps out of the front door is Cafe Santa Zita where we had the best coffee we had in Lucca and...

Great stay. Highly recommend
