The House

It is located in a typical Andalusian building of only 3 floors.

The balcony of the Axerquia occupies the second floor of the building and has no elevator.

The flat has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a 150 cm wide double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 beds, 105 cm wide each.

Fully equipped bathroom, shower, two sinks, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, towels (hand, hair and bath).

Kitchen, completely new, including all the necessary appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, croquery and cutlery, etc.

The apartment has wifi, central heating and air conditioning.

There is no parking, but we can offer public parking nearby.

The property is situated in the San Pedro neighborhood, in the historical part of the city.
