Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the backyard, patios, and all amenities listed. Check-in is simple and convenient with a secure keyless entry door code provided before your arrival, allowing for 24/7 access after the designated check-in time.

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, our team is available and responsive via the booking platform or phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.

Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is strictly limited to 22.
Events: Family gatherings and weddings are permitted with prior approval for a maximum of 30 attendees. Please inquire before booking.
Parking: As per Summit County regulations, a maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted onsite. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site at designated lots.
Fire Pit: The outdoor fire pit is available for guest use.
Pre-Arrival: We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form, which includes signing our rental agreement, prior to receiving check-in instructions.
Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for ski conditions, weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside of our stated cancellation policy.

Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Events: Events are allowed, including family gatherings, with a maximum of 30 attendees.

Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per Summit County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site.

Fire Pit: The fire pit is unavailable to guests due to liability concerns.

Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.

Lodge of Our Dreams

The house was beautiful and so spacious! The location is breathtaking and backs right into the ski slope. We were there in the off season but gave us great places to hike and explore!

Family ski trip

The property was amazing and the location was so easy to ski in and out. Our group really enjoyed skiing home of lunch for a quick break and then to hit the slopes again.

Bachelor Party

Great place for a Bachelor party! Close to Dillon amp theatre to see live music and lake Dillon for boat rentals. Would love to come back for a ski trip. Property manager, was prompt, and helped us out with any of our wants and needs.

As good as it gets if you want luxury and love skiing

We had a wonderful experience! The home is amazing with all the amenities and plenty of space for a large group. The location was perfect as we had a few first time skiers in our group so they could easily access a green run.

Great House!

This was a family vacation with family members of all ages, and it was perfect! The house was as described and very well kept. LOTS of storage which is so helpful when a bunch of people are travelling together. Location to the mountain was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Wonderful holiday retreat

Copper with lifetime friends

The house was perfect for a group of 5 couples. It was very well stocked with amenities, and best kitchen of any house we’ve stayed at in the past 15 years. Owner/manager was very responsive to questions we had about the house. Hot tub was very enjoyable after a 20 mile e-bike ride around Dillon Reservoir, days when playing pickleball

Family summer vacation

This house is awesome! Right on a green. We had four families, 20 people and we had the time of our lives. The large, open living room/dining/kitchen area was perfect for our family game time and eating. We stocked up on groceries and didn't leave. Host was very responsive and kind.

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our family! Justin was wonderful and prompt at addressing issues that came up. To be honest, having to be out of the house for an hour for the property to be shown wasn’t ideal since we had 9 children, 2 of whom are under 2. We understood the need to show the property and wanted to accommodate but it was difficult with small children and we felt like they should have worked around our stay.The other inconvenience was the alarm system going off for about an hour while trying to prepare a meal for 19 people. This required multiple video conversations while cooking and dealing with a baby. Justin however was very prompt answering my texts and helping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the alarm went off again the next evening after we were in bed… again Justin was prompt but it was an inconvenience. My only complaint about the house itself is the jute rugs in the dining and living room areas. The fibers get into clothing and are very prickly and don’t easily wash out. All that to say, the home is very well built and luxurious. The kitchen is well applianced and was great to work in prepping large meals. We would stay there again, assuming the showing and the two alarm incidents were flukes!

Perfect Slope-side Vacation Home

This was the most perfect vacation rental and exceeded all of our expectations. You cannot get any closer to the lifts - easy ski in and ski out. The kids enjoyed the bunk rooms with TV’s in each bed. Excellent accommodations from the moment we walked in the door. Tracy had the house decorated for the holidays which our entire group enjoyed. Grab this rental while you can. You will have the best vacation with a lifetime of memories.

Fun Family Vacation

We go on a family vacation every summer with a few other families and Copper Mountain was great! The house had everything we needed and the kids loved the movie theater. The town was walkable and had lots of activities for the families. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation!

Pinnacle Lodge was a spacious house that provided all 14 of us a place to call home for the week. The location is outstanding-in the quieter of ski villages, Copper, but close enough to spend time in Vail, Breck and Keystone. Tracy was an attentive host and a lovely person to communicate with. It was a wonderful vacation and we are sure to be back soon!

Great getaway

The property was great! Location was perfect. Copper mountain is the perfect place for a summer trip especially with kids. There is so much to do and is right between vail and breckenridge. The house was the best. And Tracy was so helpful if we needed anything had any questions it was taken care asap! She really helped to our trip special. ❤️ I would recommend this house and Tracy to everyone

Mountain Stay

This house was gorgeous! After rescheduling our wedding multiple times due to Covid my now husband and I decided to do a destination intimate wedding in Copper Mountain and this house worked PERFECT for all of our guests! Very close to shops, bars, and activities. Tracy was also very responsive and gave great instructions for our stay! Would Deff recommend!!
