Top Copper Canyon Golf Club Hotel Reviews
LivAway Suites Phoenix-Surprise
10/10 Excellent
"Everything about the stay was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was very clean. The rooms were spacious. It had a full kitchen which did include a small stove top, a good size refrigerator. So for anybody wanting to do a long stay and not spent a lot of money in restaurants, they can certainly buy groceries and do their own cooking in the hotel room. It had a designated area for the pets as I did bring my small dog. Although we only stayed for one day but that day was very pleasant and the staff were very courteous and respectful. I recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to have a good stay in Arizona"

8/10 Good
"This is a really nice property, and we were ultimately happy with our stay. The check in process was absolutely terrible. Check in is already later at 4pm - we arrived after 4, and were told our room was not ready yet, so we should go enjoy the pool while we wait - not sure how we were expected to do that without a room. I asked for a time estimate for how long the wait would be and was told ‘I don’t know’ & ‘we don’t have that information’ from 2 different people. I didn’t think my question was unreasonable. The manager came and was able to find us a room after a 30 minute wait. Many guests were visibly frustrated & were left waiting longer than us. The reason we chose this property was for the adult pool area. The main pool was closed for maintenance with no warning for half a day & their solution was to allow everyone to use the adult area. Again when asked how long this would take to resolve we were told ‘we don’t know’. Nice property, but they need a better management system in place."
