Golf Get Away

This property was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the pool area. Thank you for providing pool water chairs. The property was clean & well stocked. I would have given 5 stars but the outside patio furniture is definitely in need of replacement. The chairs are very uncomfortable & hard to sit in. This location was perfect. Great place for family & kids!

We enjoyed this house and our stay. Plenty of room and lots of options for beds! We do wish there were more towels, blankets, and garbage bags (only had one for 4 days for 4 adults and 4 kids) but we made it work. Kids enjoyed the pool but we found the floaties a day late. Arcade games were a hit!

We had a great stay in this very practical, functional, relaxing house. Everything works, AC blows cold, appliances are new, pool is modest but gets the job done on hot day, no hassle on check in or out. House feels more spacious than pictures indicate, probably because it isn't crammed with unnecessary stuff. Neighborhood feels safe and quiet, very close to stores and food. Owner is available for communication as needed. It was perfect for what we were looking for, I'd definitely be back next time I'm in Surprise with family.

Surprise Vacation Home

This property worked perfectly for our family reunion and to attend spring training games. The house is in a nice neighborhood, has a well-equipped kitchen, nice laundry facility, and an extra game room/office that could be used for additional sleeping space. There are no chest of drawers in the bedrooms, but we managed. Luggage racks and additional hangers in each room would be helpful. Our only real issue was that the freezer wasn’t working well so we didn’t have much ice and it wouldn’t keep food completely frozen. We ate out a lot, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. When we did notify the owner, they were very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this location Very good communication with owner/manager. Would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Perfect for families!

This house is perfect for traveling with active kids! We stayed for 5 nights and each kids had their very own room (used the den as a bedroom too!) This was perfect for sleeping, but also for a little bit of down time after running around all day! We were excited to see board games and handful of toys and books too. We didn't even end up using them, but was nice to have the option.The kitchen has everything you need and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer with pods already there to use when needed.The pool was warm and nice and clean. I was great to have some pool toys there too! The king bed was amazingly comfortable.The house is tucked back in a corner, so there was no traffic driving by and it felt very private. The location was also perfect. Super close to multiple grocery stores and quick restaurant options. The only complaint was that it needed a little upkeep - For example, burned out light bulbs in multiple rooms, dirty carpet and a stinky, dirty mop in the broom closet. But, those things didn't matter much in the end. It just seemed like lots of families had enjoyed it!

Great Location and Plenty of Space

Great overall location, although the driveway was a shared drive and tricky to get out of. Good size house and very clean! Basic plastic plates and cups, couldn’t find any glassware or dinner plates. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool at all because it was pretty dirty and full of debris, even though it was advertised as usable and clean. The host said she contacted her pool guy but nobody ever came to clean it and the vacuum was just sitting in there unplugged the whole time. We told her about the dirty pool the first day and it never got addressed. Location was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants with easy access to the highway. Love the fact that there was a few board games, a puzzle, and the TVs worked great! Be advised that the water in the pipes is suuuper hot in summer in AZ. We were not aware of this and getting scalded every time we took a shower was no fun.
