"An enjoyable stay with a spacious room including a well equipped kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Heat pump makes for comfortable air temperature control. Our only criticism would be the small bed. Double bed was too small."

"This is a decent option for a short stay in Powell River. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Easy to locate. Rooms are small but clean. We disliked the bedding as it was a synthetic material and we all found it made for a hot and uncomfortable sleep. We were also disappointed to find that our room had an unpleasant odor. Since we didn't check in until around 11:30 pm we didn't have the energy to ask to be moved. Finally, soundproofing could be improved. If you are unlucky and a baby cries loudly all night, you will definitely hear said baby. Luckily I always travel with earplugs for just such a situation!"
