The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. "Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

Besides being clean, newly renovated in terms of furniture and exactly as advertised in terms of features, the place was well stocked with amenities for our party of 8. "This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host.
