"Lovely hotel with associated golf course. Lovely grounds. Bit isolated but that’s the attraction. Great staff with good bar and excellent breakfast options."
"The property needs a serious overhaul looking very dated in decoration.
Old wall paper on the walls with marking on the paper , carpets need a refresh , small tv which needs to be replaced with a new tv on the wall.
Bathroom shower worked but needs a new shower as i couldnt properly turn the shower off after use.
Minamul tea facilities in room.
Veru poor standard of accommodation but it was quite cheap hotel .
Think i will book a different hotel next time"
"We stayed in the apartment which was really spacious, it is a fabulous house with well thought out decor.
Cleanliness was second to none, so if that's what concerns you when travelling, then Eagle house is for you its spotless.
Andy and Helen are great hosts and very welcoming.
The town is just a short walk with some lovely pubs and restaurants to choose from.
Overall a fabulous stay."

"Perfect for our stay in derby, we were roadside, next to the pelican so a bit noisy until early hours. Breakfast was ok, food hot and no waiting for anything.
Downside, lift was broken so not great for restricted mobility. Thankfully I was ok today. "
