"We arrived prior to our check in time so they took our bags and sent us a text when our room was ready. Allowed us to start enjoying the city instead of just waiting around. The grounds are beautiful, the service excellent, the meals delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient to many of the attractions. I loved the history of this historic hotel. Special shout out to Zachary at the valet stand. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and comfort."

"This is not a high end hotel, however, it is extremely clean, comfortable and the room was spacious. The free parking was a bonus and the location was perfect for our needs with easy access to shopping and the University. We even utilized the e-bikes to explore the nearby Galloping Goose Trail which lovely! "

"We really enjoyed her stay here. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were sure to inform us that our girls could feed the koi fish at certain hours, which I thought was really thoughtful. My twins did in fact feed the koi fish and really enjoyed it. The grounds were kept immaculate and the room was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it's also walking distance to a lot of downtown"

"The bathroom tub and shower were an incredible asset after a long hike. The room was super clean and the staff went above and beyond. Yes, the room was on the lower level without much of a view outside but we were only there late evening to unwind and sleep. King bed and quality bedding were welcome."
