"Our room was very clean with a lovely view towards the sea. We really enjoyed the Moonshine Bar where the food and drink was spot on and we enjoyed watching the sea and walking on the shore. There are hammocks and a few loungers available also. The main building is comfortable and nicely set out. it was super quiet when we were there which was lovely, the only downside being the bar and food service stopped at 6.30m which is very early. "

"The host resides nearby and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They helped us so much upon our late arrival and provided us with food due to stores being closed. The house and beach are exquisite and luxurious. Don’t miss rooftop patio…a special place all around."

"One of the best values on Little Exuma at this price point. The pictures don’t do this rental justice. It is much larger than it looks and the decking goes all the way around. It was well stocked with towels/beach towels and chairs. It was too windy to use the kayaks but they looked in excellent shape. The location is only about 2 rows back from the main TOC entrance with the bar/snack bar. We had 2 small issues and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again and recommend this to others. "

"OMG, this home and property were amazing! We loved the remote location and privacy. There were 11 of us traveling together, we loved the privacy of the cabanas and the great gathering spaces both inside and outside of the main home. The beach access was everything we could have hoped for. The island itself was beautiful and the colors of the ocean were indescribable! Everyone we met was kind and welcoming and made you feel right at home. Judy, the Property Manager, is such a great asset…she gave us great information and can literally make anything you need happen. We love Exuma and never wanted to leave! Now about some of those roads…all driveable, but you’ll need to have a little sense of adventure ."

"This beachfront home in Little Exuma has a truly pretty location with direct access to a private beach and the standout always-calm lazy river sandbar. The protected waters were perfect for relaxed floating, family play, and kayaking, and the overall area is very quiet. There are also large beaches nearby for variety, like a short drive to Tropic of Cancer Beach.The house offers good-sized rooms, the AC worked very well throughout (a huge win in the heat), and there were lots of games available, which kept things fun during downtime or evenings. The private pool was a nice option too, and the modern kitchen and strong Starlink WiFi (in the main areas) were appreciated.On the flip side, it didn't feel like the "new luxury" the listing promises—it's a nice house but showing wear and tear.
