Beautiful perfect beach home
What a wonderful place to stay. House was very clean & new. Perfect beach house with such a beautiful view overlooking the beach and ocean. Just 40 steps to the beach. Breas beach bar and grill walk up just steps away is a big plus awesome food and people. Santanas 5 minutes away also a big plus for good food overlooking the ocean. Owners are great to work with. Was our first time in Exuma and we enjoyed ourselves so much we will go back for sure. Thank you Richard and Shauna for hosting us.

Richard & Shauna your property is absolutely amazing. We decided for a last minute getaway for a few days and your place checked all of our boxes and more. We will surely miss the mornings on the balcony watching the sun rise. Thank you again for an amazing getaway!

Lovely beach house
The house is in a gorgeous location with lovely views. It's a fairly new build, so its clean, but feels a little like a work in progress with finer details yet to come? The owners were considerate, responsive and excellent to work with. Overall a great stay.

Epic locatin on tropic of cancer
Wanted to thank Richard For letting us inhabit your beautiful home for ten days. What an amazing location and a perfectly set up home. From day one I felt as though I could stay there forever the views. Let's talk about those views of that beautiful water wow. Sandy at the bar right in front of the house with the most awesome mojitos what more could you ask for. The beach was breathtaking after driving up and down the island we found that the tropical kept cancer to be our favorite l o l. The people on the island are super cool just like anywhere else. You have your mixed bag of attitudes but for the most part people are super cool. Be prepared to relax other than water sports and eating and enjoying your company of your beautiful woman. There's not a whole lot else to do than to take in the tranquility of this beautiful island.
