"I rented this home for my son and his friends while I had to stay behind for an unexpected work obligation, and they had an excellent experience. According to them, the house was wonderful—modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire property had a cool, peaceful vibe that made it a great place to unwind.The only real challenge was getting there. Several nearby roads are washed out, so the route was a little confusing, and Google Maps fell short. Fortunately, the owner provided detailed photo directions that made all the difference. Just be aware that the drive in from the main highway can feel a bit like a maze the first time you make it.Once they arrived, though, everything about the stay was fantastic. My son highly recommends the place, and based on their experience (and the owner’s responsiveness), so do I."

"We had a wonderful time at Bahama Island house. The house is so well appointed that there is nothing extra that you will need. The views are stunning. The pool is the perfect size and there is ample outdoor space to enjoy. The house is perfectly located so you can visit beautiful beaches on little Exuma but also get to Georgetown easily. The house manager and the owner were in contact and extremely helpful both prior to the stay and during. We had one small issue when the winds came up that the generator did not automatically turn on. We contacted Jack at around 4:30 in the morning and by five he had responded and let us know how to reset it. Even though the reset worked on the first try, he still had someone come out to check it to make sure it would be working properly. It's that type of attention to detail that you will see throughout this home during your stay. I came with my husband and my 77 year-old parents and we all agreed that this house over delivered. We would stay here again in a minute and can't wait for our next visit."

"Beachwood Villa was very well equipped, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. It was very clean love the layout of the house. The pool was to die for! Excellent communications for any of our concerns and questions. Last but not least, the view was incredible definitely a 10 !! "

"We had an amazing time staying at Aqua Vista! The home is super comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. We enjoyed the home so much that we had a bit of a hard time leaving to explore the island. That said, we did make it to the northern and southern most points of Exuma. This is a fantastic place to experience! If you are considering a trip here, you won’t regret this stay! We most definitely plan on coming back and staying at AquaVista!"

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "

"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!"
