The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other necessities. The view was amazing. It was a little on the cooler side while we don’t use the pool but it was also very nice. Perfect for three couples or families.

Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!

Our family of 6 stayed for 13 nights in January and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could need. Sidney was very polite and responsive to every question we had. Advice for future travelers are to rent a truck if you are able. We regretted not being able to take the paddle boards and kayaks to other beaches. The beach out back was a little too rough for them but the other beaches like Coco Plum and Tropic of Cancer would have been perfect if we could have taken them. Explore the island, enjoy island time. Hard not to love this house and the island. We would definitely return!

Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property!

The Coconut Breeze house was in a perfect location. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5, although could have accommodated more people easily. The pool is small but beautiful. The views are spectacular and the beach is pristine. Host and caretaker are extremely responsive both before and during the stay. Would highly recommend!

There were three couples that went and we loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The house had everything we needed and more. Great central location. The only wish we all had is that there was more beach in front of the house.

The location was perfect to go either direction on the island. We enjoyed staying here, super clean property, loved the oversized bedrooms & all having own bathroom. Lawrence was great for us and helped us get our lost luggage back so we could continue enjoying our trip! Sidney was also great to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Perfect View

This house is immaculate and well appointed. The view from the living room, primary suite and kitchen are of the stunning Exuma blue waters. The pool was sparkling and the walk over the rocks to get down on the beach was very doable for us sixty somethings. The beds and linens are very nice quality and comfortable. Plenty of soft towels and beautiful tile bathrooms. A very short drive from the airport and it was easy to turn in and out of the street to go shopping, exploring or eating. We will be back!

Beautiful property

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Exuma. The house and property were nicer than the pictures! The property owner was so responsive and we loved the central location so we could explore both sides of the island. The power did go out a couple of times but it comes back on and property owner said they are getting a backup generator. Honestly didn’t really affect us. Only suggestion would be a couple more beach chairs but other than that we would come here again in a heartbeat!!!

The property was beautiful, spacious clean and well equipped for family of 7. Enjoyed the beach and toys and outdoor shower made cleanup easy. Location was centrally located and quiet. Highly recommend this house. Area is super quiet and we felt safe the entire stay. Nothing beats the gorgeous water at this property! House has everything you need! Be advised there are rocks immediately out back that need to be climbed to reach the beach, which is gorgeous. Pack lightly, we overpacked! Most places are super casual. Pack snacks as groceries are pricey! Many restaurants close early.

Paradise found

I spent 3 nights at Coconut Breeze with my two (late 20s) children and their partners. The 3 BR and 3 BA home didn’t disappoint. The views are spectacular, the home is clean and well appointed and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The waffle robes were an unexpected treat. The first night we pulled out the lounge chairs and gazed up at the stars- without light pollution and with the sound of the surf in the background - it was magical.

Friends Getaway

The property was very nice and clean. Location was close to the airport and centrally located to go to both ends of the island. We had a question about the safe when we arrived and the host responded immediately. We definitely plan to return. We were not able to swim or play directly in front of the house due to the winds this week, but we were aware that could be the case. We were not disappointed at all! We can’t wait for our next visit, and we hope this property will be available.

Lovely House 4.5 Stars

Everything was lovely, very neat, and the check-in process was easy. The house was clean and conveniently close to the airport. Indirectly deducted half a star due to the WiFi not functioning despite multiple resets. Areas for improvement: • WiFi (did not function despite multiple resets and verification by the housekeeper) • Grill (a small boat grill that was difficult to use, and the gas was initially empty, but the owner, Mrs. Sandy, quickly resolved and replaced it) There’s a nice walk to a nearby beach bar. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Sandy!

Fantastic location on the water in Exuma

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Breeze. The home is just fantastic, clean, beautiful, everything we wanted and hoped for in a VRBO in the Bahamas. The furnishings are great, 3 large bedrooms. But the view out the back of the house of the bay between Exuma and the little Cay was fantastic. There was very little beach directly behind the house except at low tide, but there is a mile of beach to the south of the house, so the small beach at the house was no issue at all. The view between the palm trees was a perfect frame for looking out at the crystal clear Exuma water. Being close to the airport and Georgetown to the south was nice as we had very short drives to anywhere we wanted to explore on the island. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The house had all the kitchen stuff needed for say at home meals. The food in Exuma is expensive, but eating at home most of the time still saves money over eating out. We would stay at Coconut Breeze again!

Amazing views

From the breath taking views to when you walk into the door to the beautiful powdery sand beaches, the Coconut Breeze has everything you could ever need and does not disappoint. The host Sidney has thought of everything, the house has everything you could need and then some. We couldn’t believe how well equipped the kitchen was and really appreciated having the grill tucked into an alcove. There is a light out by the grill but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, but Sidney had plenty of lanterns so we made it work, didn’t really bother us. The internet speed was great and able to handle multiple devices streaming without getting bogged down. Ms. Virginia was amazing and very friendly and attentive to solve any problems or questions we had. We will definitely be back, and have already started planning our return sometime next year. Thank you Sidney, Virginia and Lawrence for an incredible vacation!

The location is ideal and located next to the airport. It is probably the best value villa in Tar Bay area. The width/accessibilty of the beach in front is subject to the weather and tide and it can shrink to nothing. I would assume the beach is wider in the summer months than the winter months. Being on a point, the house is exposed to additional wind but it also makes it easier to kayak to Duck Cay which is relatively close with some of the best snorkeling/freediving off of Great Exuma and empty beaches. It is in the middle of Great Exuma so its easier to almost equidistant to both the north and south of the islands. The house itself is better kept and more modern than similar villas in the area. It is cleaner and the parking situation is much better than most villas that are directly off of the highway. That is an often overlooked convenience, especially with kids.
