"Our family of 10 enjoyed 10 days in July at inspiration point! We especially enjoyed the direct beach access and pool! The beach is one of the best on the island and it was essentially private. Due to the location being so far from town and restaurants, we cooked more meals than usual on this vacation. We would have liked the kitchen to be a little better equipped for cooking. The 35 minute drive to town over some pretty rough roads is the only negative. If you want privacy this is the place! Kim the property manager is great and went above and beyond to make out stay as perfect as possible! She cooked a meal for us that was wonderful and well worth it! Overall the home was great with plenty of space. The two downstairs rooms were very large which was great for families with small children sleeping in their parents rooms."

"This property met and exceeded our expectations. The central location made it easy to explore both north and south. An easy drive to either airport. Groceries, liquor and gas right around the corner. We spent every evening relaxing at the water’s edge watching the wildlife, distant lightning and stargazing. Lots of turtles, a leopard ray, dolphins and tons of fish right in front of the cottage! Debbie and Phil are fantastic hosts! We can’t wait to come back later this year!"

"This truly is a slice of paradise! This was our first trip to Exuma to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This home is perfectly placed, stocked and cleaned!When I first booked, I reached out to the host to add a day, no issue! Then halfway through our stay, my husband and I found a way to stay one more day, contacted host again, not an issue! This place is laid out nicely if you like to cook dinner while hanging out watching movies. The 2 bedrooms are perfectly split by the bathroom. The closets have extra linens, towels, and ALL the beach gear you'd need. Chairs, floaties, beach towels. A lot of thought has been put into this home for you to enjoy your time! Read their log book! So much great info, I'm not kidding! Literally everything you need to know! We got up early to watch the sunrise, went throughout the island to visit other beaches and almost every night watched the sunset. It's really neat spot to be able to catch both. Let me tell you this: You are going to fall in love. You are going to try and figure out a way to live on this island forever. You are going to love the beaches, the people, the food, the drinks and find yourself trying to figure out how you can find conch salad back in your boring state. I joke, but this is truly a magical spot and if I'm ever so lucky enough to make it back, I want to stay at this exact spot."

"Home is as shown and described. Comfortable layout for adults and children. The amenities are breath taking; never tire of the water view and access. Use the kayaks! You are at a distance from stores, so plan your provisions. The locals are so kind, thanks to them for sharing their beautiful Exuma. Will need a repeat of this stay."

"We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this incredible home on Little Exuma, and we can't recommend it highly enough. The location is unbeatable, perfectly situated right on Tropic of Cancer Beach, which is hands-down the best beach on Exuma. Waking up to that view every morning was pure magic.The house itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay, and the back porch was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. One thing that really stood out was the generator system, the island experienced four power outages during our trip, and each time the generator kicked in seamlessly. We never lost power once, which made a huge difference for our peace of mind.The owner, was wonderful to work with and super responsive to all our questions leading up to the trip. And Al and Karleen, who host the property, were as kind and welcoming as could be. They had the house spotless and ready for us right when we arrived. Al went above and beyond, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants and even bringing us fresh mangos one morning — such a sweet, generous touch!Our time at Smee's will stay with our family as one of our favorite vacation memories. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us — we hope to be back."

"Loved this home. It was very clean and beautiful! The pool was so nice to have and we really enjoyed it! They had tons of floats and beach chairs and an umbrella all available for us to use! They had a speaker for the beach too, we brought our own but would not have if we would have known! The house is fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay at La Dolce Vita. My only draw back was communication with the company that manages the house. We never had great communication and every response was answered with a link to a website. We have been to Exuma 4 times and it was just very impersonal to me and not very helpful."

"This was the best trip! Be sure to take advantage of Judy, the concierge—she was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. While it is a remote destination, that’s part of what makes it so special.We also did the 8-hour tour with Exuma Water Sports and visited some of the coolest spots in the Exumas. It was an unforgettable experience and absolutely worth it.I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique and amazing getaway!"
