"We had a wonderful time at Bahama Island house. The house is so well appointed that there is nothing extra that you will need. The views are stunning. The pool is the perfect size and there is ample outdoor space to enjoy. The house is perfectly located so you can visit beautiful beaches on little Exuma but also get to Georgetown easily. The house manager and the owner were in contact and extremely helpful both prior to the stay and during. We had one small issue when the winds came up that the generator did not automatically turn on. We contacted Jack at around 4:30 in the morning and by five he had responded and let us know how to reset it. Even though the reset worked on the first try, he still had someone come out to check it to make sure it would be working properly. It's that type of attention to detail that you will see throughout this home during your stay. I came with my husband and my 77 year-old parents and we all agreed that this house over delivered. We would stay here again in a minute and can't wait for our next visit."

"Beachwood Villa was very well equipped, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. It was very clean love the layout of the house. The pool was to die for! Excellent communications for any of our concerns and questions. Last but not least, the view was incredible definitely a 10 !! "

"Overall, a great property and excellent property managers! The location was maybe our only 4-star, other than the ants lol. It's a bit of a drive to get almost everything. If you know Exuma, you know bugs are a thing...we bought an ant killer at the grocery store to help solve the ant issue in the kitchen. Overall property was clean and well-kept! Communication was great, check-in and check-out was a piece a cake. THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW was Incredible! Our 5th time in Exuma and it's still the best! "

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for the season. We had two meals catered. I highly recommend Chef Vandera- amazing food!!If I had a draw back it would be the distance from town but it was mainly due to our travel dates and the closing of nearby restaurants. This is not a negative to the property- I can not recommend this house enough. Tropic of Cancer beach was walking distance. When we go back to Exuma we will definitely be returning to this property! "

"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!"

"We were in Exuma for my daughter’s wedding and a few of our wedding guests stayed here and absolutely loved it! Views were amazing and the pool was wonderful! Everything was so clean and perfect. Great communication with the house manager as well! "

"Our group of 3 stayed at the Tranquility house for 5 nights. Overall, a great house close to Tropic of Cancer beach. There’s a little beach bar shack at the beach (Brea’s) that’s open starting around 11 am. We packed lunches and brought our bags to the beach each day with little trouble. The beach and water is incredible. Very quiet and a great place to relax. The house fit us perfectly. I would say 6 ppl max if you want to be comfy. Has the basics for cooking. Plenty of beach towels. Two good beach chairs. Could really benefit from a beach umbrella. The location is a good 35-45 mins from town and not a lot nearby so you’ll need to provision in town. Def will need a rental car. The host was very responsive to our questions. Check-in was easy. We lost electricity one night for 4-5 hrs which was a bummer but we were fine. Would def stay again! "
