"Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great."

"We loved our stay at Exuma Dreamin! The villa was awesome and the prefect size for 3 couples. The outside deck areas and views are amazing. The water jug dispenser in the kitchen was a huge plus as well as the counter nugget ice maker and grill! And new couch in the main living room was really nice – which isn’t reflected in the online pictures. Having our own dock was a key feature for us picking this place so we were able to reserve a boat for 3 days and keep it overnight at the dock. There are also turtles swimming down at the dock which was so cool to see! Staying at February Point was a great central location and a quick drive to the downtown Georgetown area for grocery and liquor store, shops and restaurants. February Point is a great place to stay with access to 2 pools, 2 private beaches, gym and onsite Rusty Anchor restaurant. This was our third time to Exuma and we would definitely stay here again."

"This home holds a special place in our hearts. This was our second visit and it was just a memorable as the first. We had a perfect stay. The home has everything you could need. It feels so comfortable and is decorated so beautifully. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We used the bbq a few times. The little beach is such a cute addition. The yard is well maintained and has lots of vegetation. The location is close to everything and easy to find. The hosts are very quick to communicate, they check in often, and are easy to contact should you need anything. Our favorite!"

"The private beach access was amazing. The overall make up of the villa was great. There is a boat rental/repair on the property that was noisy at times, but would only affect you if you planned on sleeping all day. The rooms would benefit from blackout blinds, on site cleaning supplies, and a better selection of kitchen appliances/cookware. The TV instructions didn't match the remote supplied, so if you wanted to watch a movie it would not allow you to open anything. I messaged the host several times through the chat function provided and never received a response, so that would be the only negative I had from our stay."
