"This property was perfect for my husband and I. It is exactly as pictured. Centrally located on the island so we could explore to the north and south. Beautiful dock to relax and have coffee on right on the bonefish flats. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was our 3rd time to Exuma so we wanted to try something off the main road now that we are comfortable with the island. We were not disappointed. This property is a hidden gem. The views were amazing and quietness was so refreshing. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Driving to the property was actually really easy. 5 mins from the main road and total of 10 mins max to Georgetown. We had great communication with the owner and property manager which if anything was needed we knew we were in good hands. Can't wait for future stays here. 10/10"

Paradise! Private Beachfront Home w/ Pool & Beach WiFi!

"My goodness. I am writing this review with a broken shoulder and unable to type or use my dominate hand since I busted it 3 days after returning from our bucket list trip to paradise on earth but felt compelled to let anyone know who is considering this property to JUMP ON IT! The pictures do not do any justice simply because its impossible to capture its beauty and all it has to offer. We have stayed at so many properties at so many locations over 15 years of travel and this place, the hosts Rick and Jodi were beyond exemplary including their communication through the entire process, the cleanliness, private pool and the incredible beach steps from the house! we honestly felt like royalty. So thankful for a generator that automatically kicks on during power outages. So very few properties have this luxury on this incredible island. We are saving up for our next trip and will only stay here! Thank you both so very much!"

"The Sandbar is a beautiful beachfront home. We were there this past week and it was the perfect place for our family. The location is perfect and plenty of beach which some houses don’t have much. I think I saw 3 people on the beach. The pool and hot tub are very enjoyable. Great for a big family. Communication with the host was excellent as well. There was not a negative with this house. Love the sandbar!"

"Very nice unit!Gorgeous bathroomsWasher and dryer in unit very handy. Well equipped kitchen.Gorgeous sunrise view from the unit.Concierge Cleo communication could be better. Poor response from her.Unit does not have a beach umbrella, but it would’ve been nice. Short walk to very beautiful Jolly Beach, and many restaurants."

"We travel quite frequently and this was by far the best vacation ever!!!!! The island is beautiful but it’s the HOUSE and PROPERTY that made the experience so exceptional. Usually by day 6 or 7 I’m ready to go home. Not the case this time. The dock is such an added bonus!!!!! We watched sea turtles everyday among a variety of other fish. Thank you Jack for sharing this with us and thank you Kay for all your help. We hope to see you soon!!!"

Great Location, beautiful home on the water,beach, pool and top amenities

"This house was so wonderful and relaxing! We sat by the pool, enjoyed the beach and used all of the water toys; kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. The house is lovely and perfect for what we were looking for. It is very clean and well stocked with just about EVERYTHING you need while you’re there. Our family of 5 (2 adults & kids ages 22-24)fit in the house perfectly, with everyone having a bedroom and a space of their own. There were a lot of outdoor areas for everyone to relax and explore. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Jack was a great host and full of information. He was so helpful. We’ll definitely be back again. The whole island is so friendly."
