"We cannot wait to stay here again! Every aspect is 10/10!Lidia and Eric met us when we arrived and walked through the house together. They're warm, welcoming, and thorough. They live right next door, and are available any time, should you need something. They picked up a few groceries we requested and had the condo stocked. This was so appreciated! I've never stayed in a condo that was so perfectly stocked. Kitchen had a blender, coffee pot, tea kettle, food storage containers, pots, pans, spices, utensils. They had a massive outdoor room full of water toys, floaties, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, etc. Extra bath towels and beach towels, cozy blankets, etc. Location is perfectly central and convenient - approximately 30-40min to either tip of the island. An easy 8min drive into Georgetown. Very easy drive from the airport as well. The view is unmatched! "

"The sunset villa was perfect for my family of four! Hoopers Bay beach was fantastic and calm even in days others beaches had rough waters. Our family enjoyed the garden walk down to the beach and spent many mornings in the hammock. The house was well stocked with cooking items, games and even beach toys. The owner was incredibly nice and gave us several ideas of what to do. We can’t wait to go back and look forward to staying here again! "

"Checking in was very easy. Rob was incredibly communicative and gave us many suggestions for things to do on the island. The views were spectacular. The space was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook at night. This space exceeded our expectations.The location was fantastic as well. Two minutes' walk to the beach or to the rocks for snorkelling. Quick drive to the food shop.Great time, and we would be more than happy to return. "

The view is incredible from both bedrooms, living area and deck. Super short walk to Hoopers Bay which is a fabulous, less busy beach also great for windier days. "Photos truly don’t do this place justice. The views of Hooper’s Bay are incredible, and there is just so much to do, it’s like having your own private resort! 6 of us stayed here over New Year’s week, including two boys 10 and 12. We were all kept busy — between the pool, dock, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, SUPs and beautiful deck and “beach” to lounge on, you truly don’t have to leave to enjoy Exuma. But you’ll want to to take in everything the amazing island has to offer. We had two private chefs cook for us as well as a masseuse give us massages on the sandy beach, and the house was the perfect set up for both. We couldn’t have been more pleased! If you’re considering Nautilus by the Sea, book it now. You won’t regret it and will have Exuma “blues” the second you leave. We can’t wait to come back!"
