"Great room with kitchen"

"Perfect "

"There was nothing clean or hospitable about this hotel. We were forced to stay in a room with a tub that didnt drain properly leaving us standing in nasty water to shower. Even after reporting this,hotel management simply walked in, plunged it a few times by hand, and watched the water then go down, and said "There, its working" as he walked away. There was no available breakfast, the advertised pool was closed, and the towels were regularly disgustingly full of hairs. I felt cheated, disgusted and slept on top of the covers for 4 nights. The cleaning lady that stopped by never had all the supplies required to complete a sjngle room, but she was friendly and courteous. "

"Clean and comfortable "

"Room was great, clean good space. Staff was eager to help and was very courteous. Breakfast was above the normal hotel breakfast. Omelette station and the other food was not microwaved 5 minutes before being served. The hotel was undergoing renovations so a lot construction and unable to use some of the amenities, but I would be willing to stay here again for sure"

"Everything was very good however, while staying there for 4 days we asked for a cleaning after day 2, they said okay however they only replaced our towels. No cleaning of the bathroom or changing (or even making up) the bed. A little disappointing as we asked that very morning."
