"The rooms were very dated. Super old furniture and carpet. Could use an update. Check in and staff are good. Bed was clean and pretty comfortable. That was the best part. The room was not very clean in today’s standards. Lots of dust around the room and not what I typically get at 3 star hotels. Our sink would take 30 min or so to drain. Just stayed one night after our flight."

"We enjoyed our stay overall but the bed and pillows weren’t super comfortable, but that could be different depending on who you are. The noise level there from other rooms and the cars on the highway was louder than expected, but we managed."

The absence of a refrigerator and microwave made the stay a bit less functional, and the lack of climate control in my room made for an uncomfortably warm experience, despite the provided window box fan. I was also disappointed by the undisclosed parking fees, which were not mentioned in the initial reservation details."

"Parking was terrible needs resurfacing plenty of holes everywhere lines faded everyone was left on own And still charged for parking won’t use again "

"Pool definitely needed a good scrubbing and there's a sauna, no hot tub - lots of wet towels laying around when I walked through to look, did not swim. Rooms have carpet, should look at upgrade to flooring, ours seemed clean enough. Breakfast area needs more tables, larger groups had to sit apart. The food was good though, staff here & front desk were helpful."

"Stopped here for a night after detouring Denver snowstorms and was pleasantly surprised! Good value, clean spacious rooms, and friendly and helpful front desk staff. I appreciated the flexible late check in as well. "

"Staff and The Lodge were excellent. Due to being off season, breakfast wasn't offered and many of the eateries in the Village were closed."

"We had a room with bunk beds, a jetted tub, and a fireplace. While the room and pool area were in need of some maintenance, it was a great location and so nice to have extra space for the kids. They loved the pool and the slide, and location near Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Adventure Park was great!"
