"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We dropped off our luggage early due to an event. Luggage was delivered to our room once the room became available to allow us to formally check in later that night without the hassle of dealing with luggage. Room was nice and the views amazing!"

"The lobby and common areas are much newer than the rooms. The rooms are older and show some wear. Our first room had a loud A/C unit and a very soft bed. We requested a different room for the second night, and we were accommodated with no issue at all. The second room was great. Breakfast buffet is great, as is the staff."

"We had a nice stay at the MCM Elegante. The room was clean and the amenities were great! The breakfast was decent—scrambled eggs with either sausage or bacon (although the sausage used wasn’t my favorite, and the bacon was very thin pieces of fat), and one of the days there was biscuits and gravy as well. Coffee was a bit strong, but ok. The dining area was very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. The only other thing to mention is that the bar soap provided has a strong scent, like cheap perfume—I had to use a different soap because I didn’t like the smell. Overall the stay was nice—the most important thing for me is cleanliness, and everything was very clean!"

"We have stayed at this location before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately was not has happy this time. Rooms were updated and clean.Our rooms didn’t have enough towels,bedding and refrigerator was not on when we checked it.It took more than 4 hours to get the stuff we needed from housekeeping. Breakfast was terrible we didn’t even bother going down for breakfast after the first day. They were doing construction outside the rooms at 8:00 in the morning on Saturday this should have happened later.There were also problems with the elevator this has been a problem in the past also you would think that it would be resolved by now.We had to paid for parking which I believe was hotels.com issue because they advertised free parking they need to update there listing.Although the hotel should have waived the parking.Hopefully the hotel resolves these issues for future guests."

"Hotel staff was excellent, lobby was nice, Starbucks onsite was convenient, and seems to be a nice hotel for gatherings .Our room was in need of an update and air conditioning wasn’t great, but was clean and comfortable. There was some maintenance around the property that needed attentionbut in such a large property it is constant need I’m sure. Valet was inexpensive and convenient. Overall I’d stay again."
