"Super clean room, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. The price was perfect and included WiFi and a basic continental breakfast. Jack's Liquors is across the street. This motel is 0.5 mile from SunWater Spa, 1 mile from downtown and a 10 minute walk to Uncle Sam's Pancake house. You can't ask for a better weekend."

"I have stayed here several times, and have always had great service. However, this past trip, I had made reservations with the concierge for a party of seven for regular breakfast on Easter morning. Our reservation was for 10 AM and the regular Easter buffet started at 11. When we checked in at the dining room, they had no record of the reservation. No one made any effort to assist us. We went to the rock room to order breakfast there. In the adjacent dining room, there was one party of seven seated at a round table. We asked if we could also sit at a round table, but we were told that we could not because we did not have a reservation. Instead, he offered to put seven of us at a little coffee table and seat us on a loveseat and two arm chairs. In the Rock Room, there were two tables next to each other that were empty, but one was square, and one was round. The server declined to let us sit there. We moved the tables together ourselves. The server was not happy, but he let us sit there. Notably, neither the GM nor the food and beverage manager were on site."

"The motel places a high value for cleanliness. The renovation of the guest rooms adds to the character of the motel. The only criticism is the noise level is amplified due to lack of soundproof of the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms on either side of our room failed to control of the noise. we were awaken by music playing and television playing loudly thru the evening."

"This property is attractive and well-equipped, but beware the downstairs tenants are not friendly. There are multiple messages (one of which was left outside by the neighbors) warning guests that 10 pm to 8 am is quiet time and informing us that every footstep can be heard. Those messages along with the cameras facing the hot tub made us feel uncomfortably monitored. At one point, my teenage son got out of bed too loudly to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the neighbors started pounding on our floor, waking us up. Note: There is zero carpeting in his room, so the owners have done little to solve this problem on their end. Overall, I would not return and I can’t recommend this apartment. "
