"We checked in for one night, arriving after midnight on a late flight. I contacted the hotel a couple of days before to advise them and they sent me a video showing how to do self check-in. "Loved the peace and quiet. The church bells are very present, but they are quiet after 10 PM and do not start until 7:30 AM. There is no elevator, so be aware if you need one. Parking is on premises. That was not very clear to us so we ended up dropping our luggage off on the lowest floor. If you go to the parking address first, you’ll end up one floor higher! 😂 The breakfast was fine, the cappuccino was amazing, served by a very nice young gentleman."

"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. "In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "

"The hotel looks brand new, spotless clean. Beautiful rooms . Only stayed 1 night and left at 4:45am so never got to try the breakfast. We got there around 1 I think and was allowed to check in right away as the room was ready. It's about a 15 min walk to the airport terminals, around a bike path. From there you can catch the bus to the center bus terminal in Milan, 12 euros each. Friendly,helpful , pleasant staff a great place for a family to stay. 10/10.👍"
