I was worried it might be a bit far from St Johns but it was easy to get back and forth. Unfortunately it was still to cold to use the patio which looks so inviting in the photos. "Traditional house, decently clean but needs a good dusting especially the many, many nic-naks. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture needs replaced, were covered with uncomfortable knit blankets. "
