"I had book 2 rooms for the family. You would think they would put the 2 rooms beside each other. I had to argue with the clerk and still got rooms apart. The hotel smelled so bad that my grandchildren didn't want to stay there. Asked for extra towels and told there was none and I had to wait until they where dry. Next morning had to go ask for towels again. It was an inconvenience to the clerk to get the towels. Guess for the price I paid was the service I got. Will never stay again at this location. "

"The employee that checked us in was not a very pleasant person. He was not at all inviting and was very short with us. He acted as if he didn't like his job and was unhappy. The process was grim and gloomy. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning."

"The first room they sent us to was still in shambles...unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor. Went back to get a different room key card. Breakfast was scheduled for 7:30, but the office was closed and empty. Breakfast was still not available at 7:45, so we checked out and left. "
