The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay, the restaurant experience was superior, great food and service. It was my second visit and my birthday celebration trip. "The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia."
