The whole place was beautiful. No expense was spared. The private outdoor shower was so cool, the bed and bedding were so comfortable. Loved the entire property and we can NOT say enough about the staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Everything about this hotel was terrific. The service was excellent, the shared kitchen, living room and patio were spacious and spotless. The wifi was fast. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend the lobster and the rum punch. The pool just steps outside our room was private (just for the villa) so never crowded and always convenient. We had a beautiful view of the beach while working or just chilling.

Wonderful birthday getaway!

A short birthday getaway. This place exceeded my expectations in all areas! Beautiful common area with a full kitchen, private pool, hammocks on The beach. The villa has four separate bedrooms, and we had it all to ourselves! A perfect place for families or multiple couples traveling together.

The facility was great! Exceeded my expectation! Only complaint is that breakfast took too long to arrive. We waited appx. 50 mins for continental breakfast that didn’t require anything cooking. Ordered fry jacks only to find out about 45 mins later there was no dough.

This is a stunning property. Every detail is meticulously thought out giving you the amenities of a large property with a small inn feel. The villas consist of 4 suites -which are amazing! The suites can be rented individually or as a whole villa if you are traveling with a group. The restaurant can be reached from within the villas and serves delicious food and drinks along with a spectacular view.There are three large refreshing pools as well as paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles. The staff is friendly and caring. We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cutting edge property.

Christian did an excellent job cleaning the room and laundry, when we first got there the room smelled like musty from the humidity I’m sure, when I asked for the VIap upgrade that was mentioned they said I would have to pay extra and we did get breakfast but had to convince them that is what was advertised. The way the room it is warm in there and you cannot get it to cool even with shutting the bathroom barn door from air conditioning and when you do that it’s a sauna in the bathroom. If you don’t sleep with covers on you at night you can tolerate!!! I have it a 4 because it is a beautiful place and the staff were really nice. Also there is only one pool you can use if you stay in the small villa they do not allow you to swim in the other 2 just some information when you get ready to stay!!

I had a really great experience at Villas at playa de coco! I was a solo traveller so I was prioritizing feeling safe, having access to food onsite, and learning about the local culture. All of this was met with my stay. Fred, the owner, made sure all accommodations were ready and was extremely friendly to ensure my stay was great. It was very clean and quiet (I stayed during slow season). There was laundry so I was able to come home with clean clothes. The outdoor shower was incredible and let me watch the sunset while I got ready for dinner. Golf carts were so convenient to get to the village and everyone was so friendly. Even though it was slow season the service was not lacking. I had snorkeling booked one day and the place cancelled last minute due to “not enough people”. This was a big reason I went to Belize. Fred worked to get me out that day anyway and I ended up having a private tour around one of the Cayes. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

The room was spotless! The view from the room was everything! The room was looking right at the beach! I walked right out of my room straight in the pool! The staff was 5 stars! They always asked about our night. They have where you can book whatever tours you want. I could go on and on about this place! We loved it so much that we're going to stay there again when we go back!

I would say it definitely is overpriced for the food they offer and the fact you have to share space with strangers is not the best. The two ladies at the front desk are very poor customer service, I had to wave a bus down to get myself transported since they just wanted to sit there and look pretty when i asked if they cthelp. Nice beach good drinks good pizza but the actual room was mid, dirty, bed and pillow super uncomfortable
