"The room and staff were great! The issue was the location and distance from activites. The shuttel was only available 3 or the 7 days were there and even than it cost $20 USA for each person. Food was good but it was on the spendy side. The $117.00 facility use fee was also a bit of a shock."

"We had an amazing stay, this property is beyond what is seen in the photos! Everything is meticulous, inside and out. The house is very clean, brand new and full of amenities. Amazing views, swim up bar, a fun drink machine, outdoor kitchen and gorgeous pool that lights up purple at night for great ambiance! Kayaks, paddle board, private dock with hammocks and loungers etc. I could go on, this property will not disappoint, you will not need to leave the house! Herbert was wonderful, promptly returning answers to questions and sending important information about travel forms etc. He also arranged complementary transportation to and from the airport both ways. The use of the golf cart was another great amenity as there were many restaurants close by. Alia came each day to check in and tidy up the house. Alex is meticulous about keeping the grounds looking like a 5 star resort, absolutely gorgeous! He even rakes the entire property daily to remove sea grass that washes up. THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST VRBO we have ever booked. Thank you to the entire team of SeaNa Beach, we loved our stay and will be back!"

"We arrived after dark and the caretakers had every window in the house as a beacon for us to find our way around. Communication was excellent and the house was beautiful. At sunrise the next morning was when we got our first look at the amazing views. We had plenty of room for four couples. We didn't end up using the kitchen facilities to make meals as we decided to eat out for meals because the food in Belize is excellent. We ended up driving our rental car to Maya Beach to eat a couple of meals at Maya Beach Bistro and one meal at The Green Parrot. Both restaurants were awesome and our servers were great! We drove into Placencia which took about 25-30 minutes by car. We also drove about 25 minutes in the opposite direction to Che'il Maya Chocolate Factory and another 5-10 minutes past the factory to eat lunch at Maya Heights Restaurant which was also very good. Even though the house was in a residential area, we never felt like we were too far from good restaurants and activities. I also enjoyed the Ecofiltro Clay water filter that was in our unit. One of the kitchens had a dishwasher and the other full kitchen did not but it worked since we didn't really have dishes to wash. We brought our own games but there were puzzles and games for both adults and children available. The pool was refreshing and the hammock was comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks since the water was a little rough the couple of days we had some time at the house to relax. Overall we really enjoyed Villa 99 and felt like we were on a luxury vacation. We hated leaving and hope we can come back some time in the future!"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa! The home matched the photos perfectly and was spotless upon arrival. The views were breathtaking we loved the outdoor amenities.On our very first day, we saw a stingray and jellyfish right off the dock — such a cool and memorable way to start our trip! It truly felt like a special place from the beginning.Big Mac was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He definitely goes above and beyond. By the end of the week, he felt like part of our family, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. He played a huge role in making our trip such a success.The chef and housekeeping staff were also wonderful. Arriving to a freshly prepared dinner on our first night after a long day of travel was such a nice treat. Carlos the boat captain was so friendly and knowledgeable during our snorkeling adventure. The tours were so much fun, and we made unforgettable memories here.We would absolutely return!We do have a few suggestions to make this place even better:-install hand rails in the showers and along the stairs for safety-have the guests control the hot tub settings-offer more of a variety of children's life vests-stock the upstairs refrigerators with water as well-add a bin to the pool area with towels to grab as needed-ensure all tvs were working, I never turned mine on but a couple of people in our group noticed the ones in their rooms had issues "

"The house was great, the views were excellent. The property was well taken care of, and we had everything we needed. One thing to point out is that one bedroom only had bunk beds, but the pictures make it look like there are three regular sized beds. Not a deal breaker, but could be important if you are planning on rooms for three couples. "
