"This family-run small hotel is well worth the small price I paid. The shower has large volume of hot water, and the room has heating at night. The morning breakfast has fresh fruits, scramble eggs, cheese and drinks. Henry, the Host, is very friendly and accommodating. He allows us to wait for the train in the lodge after we checked out."

"The hotel is very centrally located in the small town of Aguas Calientes. Little bodegas and restaurants close by, 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to bus station to Machu Picchu. Beds were comfy, shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. We were in a room towards the back of the building, and there was a strong musty smell in the room itself (Not linens or beds). Recommend asking for a room with a larger window for better ventilation."
