"Loved the hot spring pool, staff friendly and fresh coffee in lobby area. "

"Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, the pool did not seem like it was ready for use. Elevators were also not working well but it might have been due to the work being done on the stairs. Since we were in the 3rd floor it was an inconvenience. Overall area was nice and clean. "

"Loved staying here and all the personal touches like the water bottles,wine, and snacks in our room. The property and rooms were very nice and clean. Restaurant at the property was very convenient. Location is absolutely perfect, walkable to everything. The only thing we would change is having a gate from the main pools to the adult pool instead of having to walk all the way around to get there. "

"Overall room was great. Only issue is not really dog friendly- especially annoying with people constantly calling front desk on you to complain about your dogs barking in room. Will not be staying there again. "

"Continental breakfast was small but sufficient: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, hard boiled eggs. The pastries weren’t amazing but this hotel also doesn’t have an in house bakery. Drinks at the bar were great. The bed was great and the rooms were thoughtfully designed. Loved the in room Nespresso. Best part about the hotel is the location- just a 2 min walk to the Plaza in Healdsburg and so close to restaurants, bars, tasting rooms and shops. However, if your room faces Healdsburg Ave, be prepared for road noise."

"The property is charming and love the art deco look of the lobby. The service was excellent and the light breakfast brought to the door was great. However, the property needs a little sprucing up. The hallway carpets were quite worn and look dirty. The room was fine, but the mattress was horrible. It is a metal spring mattress with a fairly thin top cover. It was like sleeping on cement. Had back pain every morning. The pool area is nice, but should have someone sweep up and wipe down the furniture a couple times a day. The tree pollen/leaves were all over and a film of pollen covered the furniture & tables, the yellow pool towels could be bigger. What's advertised on the website is not accurate. The restruant next door was no longer in business, the Rum Room at the back wasn't open, we were not offered the 2 for 1 drinks from 3-5 at Robert's next door (might have been for the other closed restaurant, but some kind of discount would have been nice). We did go off season, so the vibe was very quiet. "
