"Great property; helpful and friendly owners; superb base for exploring the local area. The nearest town, Infiesto, is a 5-minute drive away with local well-stocked supermarket. We cooked most evenings using the wood barbecue in the private garden. There are good walks from the house and Oviedo, Gijon, Covadonga, etc. are within a 45 minute drive. We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a holiday!"

La zona exterior de la casa está genial, sobre todo en verano que se podrá aprovechar más. La casa está apartada de la carretera pero los anfitriones se preocuparon de mandarnos las indicaciones exactas desde el principio. En resumen, muy buena elección."

"Très bien située géographiquement entre mer et montagnes, cette belle maison traditionnelle est joliment décorée. Nombreuses salles de bain / WC et literie de grande qualité. Seuls bémols : la petite cuisine pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner à plusieurs en vacances et la route assez fréquentée en journée (mais la terrasse donne côté rivière !) Malgré la barrière de la langue, accueil très sympa : merci Consuelo pour les conseils rando !"

"LaFaya is a great rural house for a family wanting to explore Asturias and Picos de Europa. We were a family of ten with children and this house was perfect for our needs. The children loved the outdoor areas and sheep nearby, and there were plenty of spaces in the house for all to spread out, play games, or read quietly. There was a large table in the room off the kitchen where all of us could sit comfortably to eat together. The house is charmingly decorated and the outdoor spaces beautiful ....

"Highly recommended. The house is very comfortable and very clean, with a nice swimming pool. Good walks in the immediate neighbourhood and the Picos de Europa nearby, as well as some of Asturias' most beautiful pre-Romanic churches (near Oviedo). The owner and his family have been a great help. Our car had broken down and what our insurance could not fix within a week, they organized in five minutes. Many thanks again!"

"No se me comunico al.hacer la reserva que aunque hiciera frio no se podía encender la calefacción porque no entraba en el precio de la estancia. En el anuncio incluia la calefacción sin ninguna norma al respecto. Cobran 10 euros por día que se usa. "

"Estuvimos en la casa con la familia. Los niños se lo pasaron en grande, sobre todo con la pedazo de cama elástica que tiene. La casa no le falta de nada, y esta muy bien cuidada. El trato con los propietarios es excelente y se preocupan de todo, a nosotros se nos olvidó un disco duro y a los dos días ya lo teníamos en casa. Sin duda para volver a ir. La casa está muy situada, cerca de los principales pueblos para visitar. Un saludo"

"We loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable with everything that we needed and a lovely garden to relax in when we weren’t out and about. The town of Cangas was just right for us. Enough shops, cafes and restaurants to have a good choice, but the town was not too big or touristy. There was a lovely buzz along the pedestrian area where the bars are, which made wandering down for a relaxed drink in the evening a pleasure. The location is also very central for exploring all of the Picos...
