"The Francis Marion in Charleston is a great hotel. It is located on King Street which is in the heart of so much that the city has to offer. We had dinner one night in the Swamp Fox, which was very good. We had a very spacious room that included a sitting area. The bathroom was a little on the small side. When we returned one evening, we were pleasantly surprised to see a turndown service with chocolates. A parking garage is located right next to the hotel and the College of Charleston was right there as well. "

"We have really enjoyed ourselves on vacation. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The kids loved the water slides and kid area was even enjoyed by the baby’s. Room was plenty of room for our family. Staff kept up with our needs in the linen area. "

"Just what we were looking for for our stay with our six year old granddaughter I do suggest trying to get a suite because it is in the building with the lazy river also we had an ocean view corner suite and it was the best 😉😍👍"
