"Could not check in until 6:00 pm, no hot water the first night, didn't get around to cleaning our room the next day till 6:15 pm. Over all terrible and not cheap room was $214.00 per night. Never going to a motel 6 anywhere!"

"Where do I even begin? This hotel managed to fail on every single level. Let’s start with the ice machine, or rather, the science experiment masquerading as one. Not only was it broken, but the inside and outside were covered in stains. Unfriendly front desk doesn’t quite cover it. Unhelpful doesn’t either. What they were was aggressively indifferent — the kind of indifferent that takes real effort to sustain. Every question was met with a sigh, and every request was treated as a personal affront. The room itself was awful. The ceiling had mysterious stains, the kind you stare at in the middle of the night wondering about their origin and immediately regretting the thought. The door had patched holes — multiple — which raises questions I’d rather not have answered. And the smoke detector? No battery. None. The spa coordinator was somehow even less personable than the front desk — cold, dismissive, and seemingly annoyed that we wanted to use the spa at a hotel with a spa. As for the restaurant, we were served lasagna that was cold, not lukewarm, not “it cooled down on the way over,” but genuinely, structurally cold. Would I recommend this hotel? Only to someone I truly, deeply disliked.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"the room was tidy and comfortable we got a small suite with a bedroom a really nice patio along the greenbelt everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. the AC worked good the bed was comfortable the small kitchen was outfitted with anything you would need. the TV and sound system were really good however my remote control had a dead battery so I had to use the bedroom remote for both TVs that is a very super minor issue. and I think the price was fair except I went there during one of the busiest weeks so there was a premium but that was my planning issue. I will stay here again when we come back down. only cons there is only one restaurant at the villas and it is at the pool bar it closed at 5:00 so you had to find dinner somewhere else. the bartender in the pool bar was extremely friendly and helpful however the drinks are expensive and you can't taste the alcohol. there is a lot of eating and drinking and other establishments very close by a 2 minute ride gets you to excellent pizza the grocery store Krispy Kreme donuts if you're into that. "

"Maybe I'm just a sucker for retro but after a hellish time of trying to find a Decent hotel on our way home last minute, we finally found this place...As soon as I walked I to the lobby I was transported back in time...this place is not trying to be old palm desert, it is! A little rought around the edges because of the age in some areas but I love the vibe and friendly staff and want to come back. We did eat at the lounge and not only was the food delicious, the bar was so old school and the female bartender, literally would bust out tunes and a microphone and sing a"
