Listing says fits 16ppl, but we only counted 12 bed spots. Upon asking the host, she said there were air mattresses (there were not). There were paddings / cushions, but no bed sheet covers and only 2 spare blankets (which is not enough). Listing also says 2 bathrooms, fortunately there are 3. But we had turned people down...
