"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. "I had travelled up to attend a funeral in the nearby location, with the wake at the hotel, where we had a lovely buffet.
My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
All the staff were very friendly and I was made to feel very welcome, the food was very nice and well presented

"We had a lovely short stay at The Feathers. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathtub and, best of all, AIR CONDITIONING, which we really appreciated as it was unusually hot during our visit.
The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff.
We would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend it to other travellers.

The entire staff which I meted here was lovely, helpful and nice with everyone.
The rooms was clean, free from odor or anything bad. The accommodation was fantastic, loads of parking spaces, restaurants close and in the hotel with very delicious meals. At restaurant I was greeted by Mrs Maria, a multi language speaker lady who was carefully helping everyone in the restaurant to have a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone.
