"Stayed at the hotel after a late flight into Manchester. Easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Room was a great size. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Free bottles of water was appreciated. The bathroom was a good size and towels were great quality. Would recommend! "

"Absolute amazing experience. We held our civil wedding there and we could not be more happier. The support from the staff from the reception desk to the wedding co-ordinators Pauline and Janki to the Bar and Restaurant staff was nothing short of incredible. 5 Star Experience in my opinion. We had the Banqueting Menu for our Rehearsal Dinner and every single spoonful of each dish from the starters to the finish course was delectable, delightful and tasty. Our guests were thoroughly and completely satisfied. We stayed there for 1 night and the rooms were clean and none of our guests reported any issues. Thank you again to all the team at Novotel Manchester West who made our whole entire stay magnificent "

"Room was spacious & very clean. Was able to check in at 12.30, I presume it was the lady who runs the hotel who took us up to our room. She even went out of her way to drop us off at the station to catch the tram into the city centre. Will definitely use this hotel again when in Manchester. "
