"The room was clean and the balcony view was AMAZING!! We typically go out for most of our meals when on vacation but the food, view and service was so incredible that we actually ate the majority of our meals right there (Coconut Charlie’s). It is close to John’s Pass and some good shops/ restaurants. Overall, it was so much more than we expected since we stayed soon after the hurricane. Will definitely go back!!"

"The room they gave me from the Expedia offer was awful, my wife almost cried when we went in, 3rd floor no view from any angle other than utility structures and garage, the neighbor balcony was less than 6" away, though the room was clean. Bottom line, I decided to expend $85.00 more per night for an upgrade and that changed everything. The clerk at the front desk was really helpful in finding the best room available, very courteous and professional. Even when the facilities are outdated, the cleanliness was great, our room was done every day, leaving it spotless; the housekeepers were courteous and flexible to accommodate to our needs. Restaurant and cafeterias good, swimming pools cleaned every day. Thank you Trade Winds for an awesome stay. "

"Room were very clean! Housekeeping attended to our needs promptly! We wish we would have requested a Gulf front room as our view was the parking lot! The pool area was great and we really enjoyed the area outside the pool with the Astro turf and ping pong tables and bags sets and comfy chairs! We were under the impression the cabanas were included in our room price but they were an additional $25 a day. Also the coconut Charley’s outdoor restaurant was being remodeled while we were there! So it would have been nice to use that service !"
