When contacted we did not get a refund and basically were told there was nothing they can do. "Terrible. 91 degrees inside the house. Poor management. No response from the host. I would highly recommend Nothing about this house but to save yourself from Hell and Robbery. Our Family of 16 regret staying here and are in the process of seeking refund right now! They even had the nerve to ask me could I fix it???????????"
