Perfect Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this little beach cottage. It’s in a fantastic location, just a block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable.

Great location!

This property is so close to the beautiful beach and has everything you need! Very easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. We had a very relaxing vacation!

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and beach.

It was a great location. Quiet street and only a couple minutes to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach day provided. 8 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Property manager was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Wonderful cottage

We stayed here Sept 2024. The cottage is upstairs (the one that we stayed in). It is brightly decorated with comfortable furniture and beds throughout. It was clean and had all of the comforts of home. There are board games and an abundance of towels.The windows bring in just the right amount of light with blinds to adjust as you see fit. It is one block walk over to the beach. Such a lovely area and cottage. It was well equipped with the essentials. We will definitely be back. Thank you for opening up your lovely place.

The trip was great! The only downside was that the AC wasn’t cooling the unit properly so our last nights were pretty humid making it difficult to sleep. We resorted to just turning the fans on so maybe they’ll have it working great for the next guest. Other than that, 10 out 10!

Great Overnight in Pass-A-Grille

Loved this quaint property! Had a welcoming "beach" feel and was well appointed. Communication with owner was prompt and overall experience was above satisfactory. Can't wait to visit again and would definately book again!

Amazing cozy condo

The condo was well located, a block away from the beach, in a quaint / safe neighbourhood. The condo is fully equipped. Strongly recommend it.

Excellent property and location

Everything was great in every respect and much appreciated. The only two minor issues were that the TV had intermittent connection problems that caused the screen to freeze and that the two bikes advertised were not available for several days of our stay. However, our hostess was very conscientious and I'm sure these will be resolved for the next guests. Overall, great visit!

Great location, very clean. The first day was fantastic, but on the evening of the second day I received several voice mails regarding my dog barking. He is an 11 year old, 11 pound Morkie. The text messages and voice mail stated that five guest complained and one was leaving early. It also stated that one guest threatened to call the police to retrieve my dog. When I returned Stefanie, Kristen's assistant, she was very rude and condescending and said I never returned her calls. I explained I was at dinner and on the beach and did not have my phone. Her tone was inappropriate and I returned the favor. The next morning, when I stated I was leaving early and asked for a refund for one night, I received an email from Kristen, stating that would not be allowed and instead of apologizing, she made excuses and and was unapologetic A reference to calling the police made me feel unsafe. I was unable to sleep for most of the night and could not wait to leave. Luckily, the VRBO representative was helpful and said I could receive a refund for the two nights. I checked out and went to a pet-friendly resort. I have asked that no one from the property call me ever again. I did not make a "threat" as Kristen stated regarding the property's rating, I believe it is my right as the client to express my opinion. The cleaning staff was wonderful .
