"The staff has been very nice also very accommodating . Our room was clean . We were thinking of staying long term while I do an assignment at a local hospital however policy is you move to second floor . I am not to keen on second floor move the floor is not as nice as first floor . It is dark and gloomy and the room we were going to be placed in smelled like cigarettes badly and working in healthcare I was afraid my belongings would also become smelly. They are renovating so hopefully in time the second floor will also be just as nice as the first floor. Indoor pool is not open either . This was also a disappointment. "

"The cabin was very cozy! Great for a small family. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was true to the description. It is on well water so if you’re not a fan just bring some bottled water. The views were great especially when it snowed. "

"Great communication with Melissa in preparing us for our stay. She was very responsive to our needs. The home is very modern, lots of space, plenty of beds, and a great fire pit by the river. Easy to get to Whitetail Ski Resort from here and just 2 hrs outside of the DC area. Could take a day trip to DC if we wanted to. We enjoyed our rural West Virginia holiday. "

"Front dest was friendly. Parking available around the hotel. No elevator two floor hotel. With stairs. They accommodate me for earlier check in for a small fee. Just wish it was on the ground floor due to traveling with two toodlers. Was difficult to drag suitcases up the stairs. It was okay over all. "
